She is a manually based therapist and incorporates a combination of manual skills (such as: trigger point releases, Dry Needling, myofascial releases, alignment, joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, ASTYM, passive ROM and more...) She also incorporates evaluation of your diagnosis/condition and will educate and stretch/strengthen accordingly to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible. She is also highly skilled and trained in pelvic floor Physical Therapy and can treat and assess a variety of conditions in this field.

Jena Beise DPT PRPC has 10 years of experience in orthopedics and pelvic health physiotherapy. She hold her doctorate in Physical Therapy and the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. She is also certified in Dry Needling and ASTYM. She is the founder of an online company: Heal at Home Moms and is a wife and mother to 3 children in Chattanooga TN.
